Goods in Transit (Freight) Insurance

You are entitled to return to us a product if you believe that there is a problem and you should do so within the reasonable time of fourteen (14) days from the purchase date. In order to avoid doubts, we understand that a product has a problem if it is defective, if it is an incorrectly supplied item that does not match your order, or if it is faulty.

Please be informed that we will need to be satisfied that the product is faulty and that the problem with the product was not your fault prior to providing you with a remedy.
Change of Mind
For any reason other than a breach of the Consumer Guarantees, products must always be returned in its original packaging, and not be part of a special order, or be a clearance item. In case the product is part of a special order or is a clearance item, we may make our best effort to arrange an exchange with the supplier and/or manufacturer or accept the products back for resale. A restocking fee or cancellation fee may apply in either case. In order to avoid doubts, a "special order" includes products that were not in stock at the time of the order and were specially ordered to meet the client’s order.
Depending on the product, pass, plan, or membership, you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. Exchange of products and apparel may at times not be possible due to third-party constraints on us. However, in either case, you will incur a restocking fee or cancellation fee. Original delivery fees for change-of-mind returns on products and apparel and any costs you incur in returning any product to us are not refunded.
Please note that except in the case where a Consumer Guarantee is breached, where the plastic seal or shrink-wrap of a license agreement is broken, the return or exchange of licensing cannot be accepted.
We will not accept returns of products that have suffered any accident, been purchased incorrectly, abused, misuse or tampering, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification, missing parts, or any products not in their original packaging.
You are generally responsible for the costs regarding the return of a product in the form of a cancellation fee, and you may be entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from us for physical products if the product is confirmed by us to be defective, so please keep your receipts. Recovery requests of postage or transportation costs will only be considered upon the presentation of valid receipts.
We will not be responsible for any lost shipments; therefore, we highly recommend you pay for goods in transit (freight) insurance and use a trackable delivery service. Please retain any tracking information given to you by the carrier.
To avoid product damage during shipping, you shall properly package all items you return to us. We reserve the right to refuse to repair or replace a product that has shipped in such a way that the product is not protected.
If a product returned to us has been discontinued and is no longer being manufactured but is still under warranty, we will either repair or replace it with a comparable product, at the supplier and/or manufacturer's discretion.
